How do you track players without GPS devices?
The phone in their pocket does it. Players are checked in at the pro shop, and from there the app follows each group’s position in the background — no tags, no hardware bolted onto the carts.

What if some players don’t want to use the app?
It still works. The groups who are tracking give the system enough to read the whole course, and staff can drop a non-app group in by hand whenever they need to.

How quickly will we see a difference?
Most courses notice it inside the first week. The system learns your course’s rhythm straight away and starts flagging where the day tends to slow down.

Does it hold up for tournaments and events?
That’s where it earns its keep. When pace really matters, event mode tightens the tracking and gives staff exactly what they need to keep things on schedule.
